Below is information on anticipated October work scheduled for the community.
Please note – As grounds work is weather dependent, all planned work timelines are subject to change.
Contractor: Davey
Timeframe: ~ early October
Contracted work: grass seeding in common areas
*Areas will be flagged, but please avoid walking over seeded areas until grass has become established.
Contractor: IPC (Invasive Plant Control)
Timeframe: ~ mid-October
Contracted work: re-treatment of Areas 1-4.
*Year 3 of treatments to reduce invasive plants along naturalized areas/tree lines.
Contractor: Bishop Tennis
Timeframe: ~ late October
Contracted work: installation of basketball post and re-surfacing of the tennis courts to convert to multi-sport courts.
