Paint Colors and Discount

With Spring projects underway, please remember that each house has a specific color scheme. All paint colors are McCormick brand paints. Before painting your house, please check with management to obtain the proper color scheme for your house.

Approved Deck and Fence Stains

When applied, colors are likely to vary with type, color, grain, porosity, texture, age, and cleanliness of the wood.  A sample brushout on your wood is recommended prior to full application.

Important Reminders: Fences, gates, and sheds can now be stained using approved ACC stain colors; however, the stain used must match the stain used on the deck (if any stain is used). Please see the handbook for more information.
