The management company for Loft Ridge is Sequoia Management Company, Inc. Tasked with the oversight of the entire community, Sequoia works under the direction of the Board and serves all Loft Ridge owners and residents. A representative of Sequoia attends the monthly Board meetings and is available to help with homeowner questions and concerns at any time.
A management company provides many important services to our Association. Management services include: providing a monthly management report which documents current projects, notable activities and important communications, responding to homeowner requests, verifying and sending violations letters, reporting issues of concern to the Board, providing monthly financial statements and Association transactions, soliciting contract bids and proposals, processing Request for Change Forms, sending out quarterly dues statements and processing assessments, and updating the website. The management company is also responsible for filing federal and state taxes, renewing Association insurance, and scheduling annual audits and reserve studies.
