Dear Neighbors,
In accordance with Article VI, Section 2 of the Bylaws of Loft Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., and Section 55.1-1816.B of the Virginia Property Owners’ Association Act, this shall serve as Notice of a Special Meeting of Board of Directors, being held via Zoom on November 1, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is for the Board to review and consider Complaints filed by homeowners in accordance with Policy Resolution-32, Association Complaint Procedures. The consideration of the Complaints will be in Executive Session. There will be no other business conducted.
